Service Description

Somatic Repair sessions are 90 minutes of mind, body and spirit healing. Whether you have experienced a physical trauma like a car accident or are experiencing emotional stress, your tissues and chemistry are reacting to what has stored itself in your body. Experience a combination of massage, movement, reiki, acupressure, optional cupping and emotional release in the safe and loving environment of my studio. I am qualified in Massage, Yoga, Reiki and Trauma Informed Coaching. This is not a substitute for a qualified mental health professional.
